DOA - Movie Review

DOA, or Dead or Alive, is a popular video game featuring scantily-clad women kicking massive amounts of ass. Not surprising, DOA, the film adaptation, features scantily-clad women kicking massive amounts of ass. Minus the manga and mad button-twitching.

To rate this movie in terms of its plot would be terribly unfair. That would be like casting kung-fu action chicks in Gosford Park and then calling it a literary masterpiece.

But because it has so many gorgeous women, flaunting their cleavage and bodies in a plethora of scenes such as, the dramatic cleavage scene, the action cleavage scene, cleavage in sadness, the dramatic bottom cleavage scene and of course, the angry fighting cleavage, there needs to be a special rating system just for female cleavage and bodies in a motion picture film. 

So here goes:

DOA - Dead or Alive

dramatic cleavage - 10 (out of 10)

awesome female bodies in awesome poses - 10

acting for a female cleavage in an action film - 10 

All said however, the action sequences are incredibly well choreographed. Corey Yuen has shown his action chops yet again, as his Chinese action film credentials are quite evident here.

Action and hot girls. Is there anything better for guys really?
